- All shipping estimates are in business days. Orders are expected to arrive on or before that day.
- If ordering on a holiday or after cut off, your order will be packed the next business day. Please adjust your shipping date expectation accordingly.
Shipping Policy
How soon will my order ship from Burnaby?
- With exception to same-day deliveries, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
- Backorder items need an extra 5 business days for processing unless otherwise stated. (Backorder items will have a clear indicator on the product page.)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order leaves our Burnaby warehouse for shipment.
Where do you ship in Metro Vancouver?
Yes, we provide timed jobsite deliveries to Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge, Chilliwack, and surrounding areas.
What carriers do you use, and how are shipping costs calculated?
Delivery is made through local couriers and shipping companies.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, local pickup is available at our Burnaby warehouse at 7228 Winston St, Burnaby, BC V5A 2G9. Orders are pre-packed for you and ready to go. Pickup is available next business day, subject to cut off times.
If it is urgent and you need your items on the same day, please call us after putting in your order to help us prioritize picking your order. Depending on your timing, we may still be packaging the items. We are doing it as soon as possible, and hope you understand.
Simply choose “Pickup” at checkout. You’ll be notified by email or text once it’s ready — usually within one business day for stocked items.
What happens if my shipment is damaged or delayed?
Please inspect deliveries upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, note it on the carrier’s form and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll file a claim on your behalf and send replacements immediately. Your satisfaction — and uptime — are our priority.
Do you ship to homes or residential addresses?
Yes, we do. If you live in an apartment or condo, please make sure to provide a buzz code at checkout.
Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery is prioritized for picking and shipping. Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery when it arrives.
